With the online English courses offered by Ubi English, you will always have teachers available to help you stay focused and motivated. Depending on your chosen plan, the cost of our online English lessons will include individual lessons with experienced teachers.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). To cancel your lessons, all you need to do is notify UBI English by email at heelo@ubienglish.com to request a refund on lessons which have not been up to 60 days after the original date of purchase, less any bank, currency exchange, or transfer fees. If a lesson is cancelled after this cut-off period, it will not be refunded.
If you do not pay the full lesson package fee at least 24 hours before the first lesson is due to begin, your lesson/s will be cancelled automatically.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. In addition, we also welcome payments by PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and direct bank transfer.
